Hosemann wants voter reform for convicted felons

Mississippi Secretary of State Delbert Hosemann is pushing the Legislature to prohibit all felons from voting.

Hosemann said today that of the 50,000 felons who are in prison or under the supervision for the Department of Corrections, only 12,000 are prohibited from voting.
