In the space of less than a week, they both are on the verge of going under –the House pushed through a pay raise bill for itself (at the same time state government at all levels will be cut) and today the Attorney General says he can’t prosecute anyone involved in the judicial bribery scandal because “it would be like prosecuting [his] relatives.” I can only hope the rapture comes on Friday to put us out of our misery.
