A Little Favor for the Lawyers in State Farm v. Hood

Just to make sure we are all on the same page, here’s the motion where State Farm’s other lawyers argued in the McIntosh case that it would be SO prejudical to use against State Farm depositions where State Farm executives took the Fifth.

And to make sure I’m helping out everybody, here’s the McIntosh side’s argument that those depositions should be usable.
