As President Bush tours the Gulf Coast on the second anniversary of Hurricane Katrina destroying the region, the nation’s media will flock to point out the good and the bad.
The good is obvious: New condos and casinos are towering along the Coast here in Mississippi. Jobs are flourishing, federal money has been promised and, much of it, delivered.
There is an air of promise.
