How did he arrive at his guesstimate that 710,000 voters will show up Tuesday? Chatting with circuit clerks, looking at the races and the talk on the street – well his street. “It’s just a feel. It’s street talk that you hear. It’s how much excitement there is about how much discussion you hear.”
