Jackson’s legal department is preparing documents to turn over in response to the FBI’s most recent subpoena, Pieter Teeuwissen, special assistant to the city attorney, said Monday.
The FBI has been interviewing some city employees, “but I cannot confirm the identity of the city employees being interviewed,” Teeuwissen said.
