Mayor Frank Melton vowed again on Wednesday to move forward with tearing down A1 Pallet, a day after the Jackson Historic Preservation Commission granted the owners a 60-day reprieve to allow members to inspect it.
But Melton cannot order the demolition unless he gets permission from the courts.
