Gov. Haley Barbour and Secretary of State Eric Clark voted today to ask a federal judge to allow Mississippi voters to show ID without a photo.
Both men said they want the judge to reconsider mandating a revamp of the state’s primary system but did not formally make the request in the brief. Barbour, Clark and Attorney General Jim Hood comprise the state Election Commission.
