State Rep. George Flaggs, D-Vicksburg, has said he will ask the secretary of state and the attorney general to investigate reports that he personally contributed money to the campaign of a state Senate candidate.
Flaggs is at odds with Eric Rawlings, the lone Democrat in the race for the seat in District 23, over $400 listed on Rawlings’ periodic campaign report submitted June 7 to the Elections Division of the Secretary of State’s Office.
