With jury selection scheduled to begin today, U.S. District Judge Henry Wingate still has before him the government’s request to sequester jurors in the trial of reputed Klansman James Ford Seale and not release their names.
Roughly 300 summonses were sent out to prospective jurors in Seale’s trial in Jackson in connection with a 43-year-old crime.
