State officials on Wednesday announced who will serve on a reconstituted state Board of Health, and only five of the 13 people from the old board are returning to the new one.
The previous 13-member board has been replaced by an 11-member body. Barbour made seven appointments to the new board, Lt. Gov. Amy Tuck and Attorney General Jim Hood each made two.
