YP BREAKING – By vote 29-18 of Senate tells Billy McCoy to shove it and asks to invite conference

Senate has held and voted to not concur on JR 201 (the redistricting resolution) and to invite conference by a vote of 29-18. Billy Hewes drove the vote and even Terry Burton voted yes.
