Commissioner Andy Gipson announced his full support and endorsement of Bricklee Miller in the September 22nd Special Election for State Senate today. The election is being held in Senate District 15 to fill the vacancy from Sen. Gary Jackson’s resignation earlier this year.
“Bricklee Miller has always been a strong advocate for agriculture – our state’s largest industry – and also for tourism and economic development. Under her leadership as Director of the Mississippi Horse Park, it has become a nationally recognized and award-winning facility. She has the skills to be a very effective state senator, and I’m proud to support her,” said Commissioner Andy Gipson.

His leadership in state government is something to be admired,” said Bricklee Miller, “and to have the backing of our top state agriculture official is humbling.
