One streak is alive and well at Alabama
Alabama was one of three teams that hadn’t allowed a 100-yard rusher this season and is the only team not to surrender a 100-yard rusher in 2008, 2009 or 2010. Over the past three seasons, the Crimson Tide have held 27 opponents to under 100 yards rushing.
Heading into the Tennessee game, Alabama is ranked 19th nationally in rushing defense, but has four SEC teams ranked ahead of it.
LSU is ranked sixth, South Carolina 14th, Auburn 15th and Georgia 16th.
