Pimps and predators: Saban, Meyer criticize rogue agents
Alabama coach Nick Saban on Wednesday compared rogue agents to pimps who entrap ath letes without repercussions.
Florida coach Urban Meyer, upon later hearing Saban’s “pimp” reference, winced and preferred the word “predator.” SEC Com missioner Mike Slive called for a new national strategy on agents, even if it means deregulating cur rent NCAA rules.
