Ole Miss failed to deliver on its preseason expectations and lofty national ranking.
But the Rebels can take a significant step toward putting their season on the right track Saturday, when they play host to the Arkansas Razorbacks at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium.
Ole Miss (4-2, 1-2 in the SEC) is on the cusp of the AP Top 25 and returned to the coaches’ poll at No. 25 after last week’s 48-13 rout of UAB. The Rebels are playing second-year coach Houston Nutt’s former team, an Arkansas squad that took second-ranked Florida to the limit before dropping a 23-20 decision.
