Giants’ Manning wins battle with Steelers’ Big Ben

Who won the big battle of first-round quarterbacks from the 2004 draft?

For a while it looked as if it might be a toss-up, but Eli Manning came out on top in his second clash with Ben Roethlisberger. Manning completed 19 of 32 passes for 199 yards, a touchdown and no interceptions and was not sacked. Roethlisberger hit on only 13 of his 29 throws for 189 yards. He threw a 65-yard touchdown pass but was intercepted four times and sacked five times.
