Charter School Authorizer Board votes to advance two applications

Applications for 3 more Mississippi charter schools advance

Mississippi could get as many as three more charter schools in fall 2016.

The Charter School Authorizer Board voted Monday to advance applications by two groups that want to the schools. The board plans to vote on approvals in September.
