Home Builders Association Endorses Phil Bryant for Governor
Jackson, Miss. – The Home Builders Association of Mississippi announced the Association’s endorsement of Phil Bryant in the race for Governor today.
HBAM President, Gene Buckles, made the announcement on behalf of the Association.
“HBAM is pleased to be the first organization endorsing Governor Bryant’s re-election. The Governor has always had housing as a priority for Mississippi and recognizes its importance to the state,” stated Buckles.
The Governor has worked hard to create jobs which bring more homebuyers to the market. Through his efforts, there have been over 16,000 new jobs created in the Mississippi.
Mississippi is being recognized with high rankings under the Governor’s leadership, including:
• #6 state for the lowest cost of living, according to CNBC
• #4 state for the most tax-friendly states for businesses, according to Kiplinger
• Top 10 state for doing business, according to Area Development Magazine
The Home Builders believe that Governor Bryant should be re-elected so we can continue together in “Building a Better Mississippi.”
