Did New Horizon, unregistered PAC violate FEC, IRS laws?
The real problem with the ad is that it is paid for by All Citizens for Mississippi, which is not registered with the Federal Elections Commission. You’ll recall this to be the same group I first reported about on June 1. They ran a full-page ad in the Mississippi Link, a newspaper aimed at black residents in Jackson and Hinds County.
