Caterpillar plans another expansion at Corinth facility
Caterpillar is announcing Friday another expansion at its Corinth Remanufacturing facility.
It is the second expansion in Corinth since 2012. Gov. Phil Bryant will join company and other officials at Friday’s announcement.
In May 2012, Caterpillar announced it was consolidating its warehousing and logistics operations under one roof in a 540,000-square-foot facility. About 35 jobs were expected to be added. The center is a warehouse for engine parts, and ships individual and bundled parts to Caterpillar’s Corinth and Booneville main plants.
