Secretary of State Delbert Hosemann will hold a press conference releasing the 2012-2016 version of the Official and Statistical Register of the State of Mississippi, or, “The Blue Book,” on TODAY (Tuesday, September 3, 2013) at 10:30 am in Room 105 of the State Capitol.
Blue books will be available for distribution at the press conference.
