MS House Judiciary B Committee’s illegal immigration fact-finding hearing.
When and Where:
This Thursday – August 23rd at 1:00 pm, State Capitol Building, Jackson. Room 201-H (Ways & Means Committee Room). Note new room number.
Why:
The Feds and Obama continue to effectively turn a blind eye to massive, uncontrolled illegal immigration, hoping to turn them into liberal democrat voters and expand the high tax social welfare state. This hearing will gather information for drafting a strong MS Enforcement Law.
ACTION TO TAKE NOW:
(1) Be present Thursday. Forward this email to your contact list and encourage them to be there with you. Pro-illegal alien forces will be there in large numbers to try and intimidate our elected officials. We need YOU to be there.
(2) Contact your state senator and representative. Tell them that you expect them to actively support and work for a strong illegal immigration enforcement law. Directory with contact info is at: http://billstatus.ls.state.ms.us/
(3) Call Lt. Gov. Tate Reeves at 601-359-3200. His support is vital. Let him know your position and that you vote. Ask him to actively support a strong and effective MS Illegal Immigration Enforcement Law during the upcoming session.
