“A federal judge extended today a temporary restraining order against a Mississippi law that could close the sole abortion clinic in the state, citing a need to review new documents.
U.S. District Judge Daniel Jordan III said he will decide whether or not to issue a preliminary injunction against the law after he has reviewed relevant state Department of Health rules that were approved this morning that dictate how MDH will enforce the legislation.

US and China take a step back from sky-high tariffs, agree to pause for 90 days
