Anda Distribution picks Olive Branch for generic drug facility
Industrial Developments International Inc. has broken ground on a build-to-suit project for Anda Distribution in Olive Branch.
The Atlanta-based industrial real estate developer has started building a 234,660-square-foot warehouse and distribution center at its Crossroads Distribution Center.
Weston, Fla.-based Anda Distribution is a distributor of generic pharmaceuticals within the U.S.
The $23 million project will be open by second quarter 2012 and will create 70 jobs.
