Judge Biggers sets a hearing on the motion to disqualify
The Government has a response due on this motion today. I think it may reveal something about how the Government intends to go forward in the hearing on setting aside the plea. The hearing on Zach Scruggs’s petition itself to set aside his plea is set for May 23rd.
