Former Hinds County Judge free after serving sentence
Bobby DeLaughter was released from McCreary Federal Penitentiary in Kentucky to a halfway house a couple weeks ago to serve out the remainder of his sentence.
A spokesperson for the Bureau of Federal Prisons says DeLaughter could not leave the house until his release Saturday.
