Joey Langston to be home before Easter
BOONEVILLE — Former Booneville attorney Joey Langston is expected to spend Easter in the City of Hospitality following a recent ruling allowing his release to home detention by mid-April.
U.S. District Judge Michael P. Mills issued an order last week allowing Langston to be released to serve out the remainder of his sentence at his Booneville home under electronic monitoring. The order schedules his release from prison into home confinement on April 18.
