Biden to “refrain from personal attacks”

Biden said he was raised never to attack the other person, but said he would be unrelenting in challenging Palin on the issues.

Biden said he was impressed with Palin’s speech Wednesday night at the Republican National Convention, but he also noticed that she never mentioned the words health care, education or middle class.
