Three On Your Side Investigates: Ed Peters Subpoenaed
The subpoena was issued by Forman Perry and Watkins Law firm, attorneys for Jeffery Frisby. It demands Peters produce any and all correspondence, telephone calls, as well as the “actual or possible transfer of anything of value, to his longtime friend Hinds County Circuit Judge Bobby DeLaughter. In response, Peters’ attorney filed a motion today to quash the subpoena.
