Forget fixing things, let’s attack Jim Hood!
Two interesting dissents that share some of my views were registered today, one at David Hampton’s Clarion Ledger blog, and one by Tupelo’s Daily Journal. While I agree with a great deal of what the D-J says, someone (Patsy Brumfield perhaps?) ought to warn them they might be going a little bit out on a limb to say: “But thus far there has been no indication that any malfeasance occurred in high-profile state cases, such as the tobacco lawsuit.” Indications, I think, there have been.
