Lt. Gov. Phil Bryant, who was sworn in Thursday, released the list after the chamber convened at 9 a.m. This morning is Bryant’s first time presiding over the chamber and until now, him and other senators have been mum about who will lead what.
The most suprising appointment was that of Sen. Jack Gordon, D-Okolona, who moved from the coveted Appropriations Committee to Public Property. He was named a member of the Appropriations Committee though.
