Paving of dirt roads questioned

County Engineer Rudy Warnock is among those owning a home in a new subdvision off what was formerly a dirt road paved by the county but not on the official road plan.

The paving of that dirt road and others is being questioned by a county supervisor.

The supervisor, Doug Jones of District 1, has called into question the paving of Nichols Quarter Road, a dead end stretch located about 10 miles northeast of Canton where Warnock has a home.
