Issues + Answers, a lecture series co-sponsored by the University of Southern Mississippi-Gulf Coast and the Sun Herald, is hosting a gubernatorial debate Sept. 20 at the Biloxi Saenger Theater between Gov. Haley Barbour and challenger John Arthur Eaves.
Details were finalized this week. Allan Eickelmann, instructor of religion and the Issues + Answers Lecture Series committee chairman, will serve as moderator.
