The Mississippi Democratic Party and Democratic U.S. Senate Candidate Mike Espy have filed paperwork with the Federal Election Commission to establish a joint fundraising entity.
The Mike Espy Victory Fund submitted the Statement of Organization paperwork on October 22, 2018.

Mike Espy is only one of the Democratic candidates for U.S. Senate for Thad Cochran’s seat. Candidate Tobey Bartee is also running for the vacancy left by Cochran’s retirement, however, he has not met the minimum fundraising requirements to file quarterly campaign finance paperwork with the FEC. However, it would appear that the MS Democrat Party in making the joint filing with the Espy campaign has made its decision.
