The June 26 runoff for two Mississippi elections is just around the corner. For the Third District Congressional race there are two Republican candidates that will face off, and two Democratic candidates running in the U.S. Senate race.
In this interview you will meet Democratic Candidate for the U.S. Senate election Howard Sherman. This is Sherman’s first attempt at politics and was able to pull out a win in the Primary during the last moments of the votes rolling in. He is the husband of actress Sela Ward who claims his residence in Meridian. He was previously registered as a Republican in California, but switched to the Democratic party before this race.
