At issue: can U.S. move embassy quickly?
In a separate interview with OneNewsNow, U.S. Sen. Roger Wicker (R-Miss) suggested moving the embassy is a relatively easy task.
“As a matter of fact,” the senator says, “there are a number of facilities there that we simply hang the sign out front and say, This is the embassy – and we’ll enlarge or move or expand later on.”
Wicker voted for the 1995 Jerusalem Embassy Act as a freshman congressman.
