Jacobs Entertainment files appeal to casino site rejection
Jacobs Entertainment is appealing the Mississippi Gaming Commission’s decision to deny approval for a proposed casino site in Diamondhead.
In an appeal filed Wednesday in Hancock County Circuit Court, the developer claims the commission’s decision was “arbitrary and capricious” and was handed down without explanation.
