State Flag appeal will be heard March 7
A three-judge panel of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit will hear Carlos Moore’s appeal of a lawsuit challenging the Mississippi state flag. Judge Carlton Reeves dismissed the suit last September, saying Moore failed to show the Confederate battle emblem had caused “cognizable legal injury”.
