The likely voters gave Mississippi’s public education system low marks, with 57 percent grading it C or lower on an ABCDF scale.
A whopping 61 percent support giving parents the ability to choose their kids schools through programs like charter schools. But only 35 percent said they oppose the SPLC lawsuit against the funding of state charter schools, with 28 percent saying they support the lawsuit. Maybe they didn’t quite get that question?
