Miss. Democratic chairmen not willing to address the state flag
The new chairmen of the Mississippi Democratic Party is having to tip-toe around the issue of the state flag.
Early Thursday, Chairmen Bobby Moak refused to answer directly whether or not the Mississippi should change the state flag.
“I think one thing that we can’t do is throw red meat issues out there,” said Moak. “…The speaker is in control of the super majority, he has stated that that needs to occur and we haven’t seen that happen, so let’s live in today’s reality.”
