Hinds DA “out of control” in courtroom, MS Bar files complaint
The Mississippi Bar Association has filed a complaint against Hinds County District Attorney Robert Shuler Smith after a bizarre incident in a courtroom.
The complaint said that Smith violated Mississippi Rules of Professional Conduct on several occasions. His disruptions allegedly violated the rules that “prohibit a lawyer from engaging in conduct indented to disrupt a tribunal.”
