Miss. budget cut affects disabled homeowners
Officials with the Department of Rehabilitation Services say the agency will cut vocational rehabilitation and aid to disabled homeowners because state money is falling by 12 percent. That’s about $3 million. Vocational Rehabilitation helps find jobs for people who are blind or disabled. It served about 10,000 Mississippians last year.
