Motions in to dismiss Karl Banks’ election challenge
Two separate motions have been filed to dismiss the District 4 supervisor election challenge on behalf of both winner David Bishop and the Madison County Election Commission.
Bishop, a Republican, beat 31-year Democrat incumbent Karl Banks, by two votes in the Nov. 3 general election.
