The Clarion Ledger: Hyde-Smith for agriculture commissioner: Endorsement

Going forward, we would like to see better cooperation between the state and the city of Jackson in several areas, and Hyde-Smith can be an integral player in this. She helped negotiate a better financial arrangement with the Jackson Police Department to provide security at the recent state fair. These kinds of agreements should never leave the city in a financial hole, and Hyde-Smith can help ensure as much.

Past that, we hope Hyde-Smith continues to enjoy the same level of success she has had in her first term. She has earned a second term.
