Rematch set in Senate District 4
In 2011, Republican Rita Potts Parks defeated incumbent Democrat Eric Powell 9,050 votes to 8,798 to capture Senate District 4.
On Nov. 3, Powell hopes to recapture the Senate seat he held for one term before being upended by Parks.
