Scott Walker wants delay in prison sentence for DMR, D’Iberville scandals
Scott Walker, who pleaded guilty in scandals involving the state Department of Marine Resources and city of D’Iberville, wants a bit more freedom before he starts serving his 18-month sentence in federal prison.
In a motion filed Wednesday in federal court in Jackson, attorneys for Walker request 120 days so Walker can undergo further treatment for injuries he suffered in a 2011 plane crash.
