Renfroe joins Miss. Public Service Commission
New Southern District Public Service Commissioner Steve Renfroe has officially joined the utility regulatory body.
Renfroe, appointed by Gov. Phil Bryant to replace Leonard Bentz, was sworn in Tuesday morning in Jackson.
Commissioners have elected Central District Commissioner Lynn Posey, a Republican, as chairman of the three-member commission to replace Bentz. Renfroe has been elected vice chairman.
