Snowden to serve on National Conference of State Legislatures committee
Speaker Pro Tempore of the Mississippi House of Representatives has been elected to serve on the executive committee of the National Conference of State Legislatures.
Rep. Greg Snowden of Meridian was chosen at the group’s recent legislative summit in Atlanta. The executive committee supervised and controls the affairs of the bi-partisan conference, its committees and publications, as well as deciding the organization’s ultimate positions on matters of public policy.
It meets four times a year.
