Another scrum on Medicaid expansion
Mississippi Republican Party Executive Director Brandon Payne responded yesterday with this statement:
“The proposal offered by House Democrats appears to be the “Arkansas Plan” – which is Medicaid expansion by another name. The Arkansas Plan expands Obamacare, costs taxpayers even more than Medicaid expansion by itself, and leaves taxpayers holding the bill when federal funds do not come through.”
